The MultiSync EA231WMi is the first 23-inch 16:9 LCD monitor from NEC that comes with an IPS panel, providing better viewing angles and image stability than the widely-available TN panel monitors. This widescreen LCD supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features a TCO 5.0 certification, integrated speakers, a stand that provides 110mm height adjustment and pivot options, and several connectivity ports including D-Sub, DVI and USB. The NEC MultiSync EA231WMi will be available from October 2009 in black or silver/white for unannounced price yet. [TCMagazine]
