NEC latest clamshell phone, N500is, has just been released in Taiwan. With the dimensions of 101mm x 48mm x 13.6mm and weighs 95grams, the phone comes with a 1.9 inch 176 x 220 display, 1.3MP camera, 52MB built-in memory, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, and a music player.
