NEC unveiled their latest LCD monitor, the 1990SX, which sports a 1,280 x 1,024 resolution, 1,500:1 contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, an 8ms response time, and a 178-degree viewing angle. Even better, the monitor features automatic black level adjustment, DVI / VGA inputs, and a built-in power supply. So far, there is no info on pricing or the release date. But it seems that the NEC 1990SX LCD display will be available in Japan next month.
