LG has once again expanded its line of Android 5.1 smartphones by announcing the LG Ray. Powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor, this budget-minded smartphone packs a 5.5-inch 1280 x 720 HD IPS display, a Mali-450MP4 GPU, a 1GB RAM and a 16GB of expandable internal storage.
Coming in both single- and dual-SIM variants, the handset sports an 8MP front-facing camera, a 13MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1080p Full HD video recording and a 3000mAh li-ion battery.
Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the LG Ray provides 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS/A-GPS for connectivity. In Russia the LG Ray will cost for RUB 15,000 (about $232). [GSMArena]
