Nikon’s Latest Superzoom Digital Camera With 60x Optical Zoom Lens

Nikon has once again expanded its line of superzoom digital cameras by unveiling the Coolpix P610. This travel-friendly camera is configured with a 16MP 1/2.3-inch CMOS image sensor, a 60x optical Zoom-NIKKOR ED glass lens (24-1440mm), a 3.0-inch 921k-dot Vari-angle LCD monitor, a high-resolution eye-level viewfinder (EVF), an SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, a micro-HDMI output port and 1080p@60fps Full HD video recording with stereo sound.

Furthermore, the camera comes with built-in WiFi and NFC connectivity for sending photos to a compatible smartphone or tablet, while the built-in GPS and Points of Interest (POI), allows users to geo-tag shots and view where they were taken on a map, making this the ideal companion for the next weekend gateway or family retreat.
