The battle between HD DVD and blu ray is still going on, NME has created the HD VMD player. But considering that no one has ever heard of these yet, and the limited film selection for this format, it would be surprising if quite a few movies made is to HD VMD. The ML622S starts at $189 and ML777s is $199 at the moment.
