The latest firmware update version 1.1 for Barnes and Noble Nook has already been released. The new firmware improves faster page updating on the display, fixes page numbering issues, and provides an improved navigation on the color screen. In case you didn’t know, the Nook is an Android-based e-book reader that features a 6-inch e-ink Vizplex display, a 3.5-inch color touchscreen, AT&T 3G WiFi access, and a 10 days of battery life.
