OCZ has announced brand new Core Series V2 SSDs. With its new architecture, the V2 will be available in up to a massive 250GB capacity and delivers enhanced speeds of up to 170 MB/s read and 98 MB/s write. The SSDs are also available in 30GB, 60GB, 120GB. Because SSD drives feature no moving parts, the Core Series V2 will keep your laptop or desktop environment cool and quiet and provide superior shock resistance. Core V2 SSDs have an amazing 1.5 million hour mean time before failure (MTBF). All Core Series SSD drives come backed a two year warranty. SSD is an excelent solution to store critical data, preferably than recovering 250 GB from a crash standard HDD which will be slow and painful, if at all possible.
