
OCZ has just added a new storage capacity to its Octane SSD line-up by announcing the 1TB model. Just like the 128GB, 256GB and 512GB models, the 1TB model is also equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, an Indilinx Everest controller, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, a MTBF of 1,250,000 hours and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 460MB/s and 330MB/s, respectively.
