The 2.5 inch OCZ Vertex SATA II SSD has been released. The drive is available in capacities ranging from 30GB to 60GB, 120GB and 250GB. The device features 64MB of on board cache, 160MB/sec write speeds and 200MB/sec read speeds. The OCZ Vertex SSD is priced at $129 upwards all the way to $869 for the 250GB model. [Geeky Gadgets]
