OCZ has added a new member to its PCI-E SSD series by announcing the Z-Drive m84. Available in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities, these SSDs feature MLC NAND flash memory chips, a PCIe x8 interface, an onboard RAID controller, a MTBF of over 1 million hours and provide read/write speeds of 870/780 MB/s for the 1GB and 512GB models, and 750/650 MB/s for the 256GB model. The OCZ Z-Drive m84 will hit the markets soon for unannounced price yet.
