Onkyo Japan today released the Integra DHC-9.9 high-end Amplifier. The device offers HDMI 1.3 ports, support for THX Ultra 2 Plus, Dolby True HD, DTS-HD encoding and 1080/24p image input. It is also compatible with HDMI CEC function of Viera, Sharp Aquous, Toshiba Regza and other popular brands allowing the amplifier to be controlled from the TV’s remote itself. Other features include HQV video processor, VLSC circuit technology for increased sound quality and the newly developed WRAT technology which removes pulse characteristic noise. Measuring 435mm × 444mm × 194mm and weighing 13.1Kg, the Onkyo Integra DHC-9.9 will be released in September for $ 2300. [Newlaunches]
