Famous home theater manufacturer Onkyo today introduced their latest high-end home theater receivers in the form of the TX-NR807 and TX-SR707. The TX-NR807 is able to stream audio from Internet-based services such as Pandora, Rhapsody, Sirius and Internet radio from vTuner’s database. The receiver can also play music on networked PCs and hard drives thanks to the DLNA 1.5 support. The TX-NR807 is compatible with MP3, WMA, FLAC, OGG Vorbis and AAC file playback from PCs. Other features include six HDMI inputs, upconverts DVDs to 1080p, and can deliver 135W per channel. Meanwhile, the TX-SR707 lacks of the networking compatibility, and is less powerful, at 100W per channel. Both receivers are 7.2-channel systems.
