Packard Bell comes back with a new netbook which is known as the “Dot”. The 8.9 inch netbook features Microsoft Windows XP OS, Intel Atom processor, 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, an integrated webcam, an optional 3G module, and an optional 6-cell battery.
