UBiQUiO 501 is a slim Smartphone that features a 200MHz Texas Instruments OMAP 750 processor, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, 2.5 inch TFT-LCD display, 2.0MP digital camera, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity. Powered by Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system, the smartphone measures only 1.4cm thick. It will be priced at $567. No word yet on availability.

Measuring 423 mm x 228 mm x 433 mm and weighing 13.2 pounds, it has a pivot/tilt mechanism that allows for portrait or landscape viewing modes at the push of a button. The SyncMaster 971P-R goes on sale in August 25th for around $599.

The iRiver D25 is the company latest electronic dictionary and music player that provides a 4.3 inch TFT-LCD display, 1.3GB of Flash memory, an SD/MMC card slot, full QWERTY keypad, integrated FM tuner, built-in games, voice recorder, text/photo viewer, and up to 16 hour battery life. Measuring 5.3 Inch x 3.7 Inch x 0.8 Inch, the iRiver D25 will be available next week in Korea for about $400.
