The HP rx5915 offers a built-in SiRF Star III GPS receiver for navigating on long road trips. This device also provides a 400MHz Samsung processor, 3.5 inch QVGA touch screen display, 2GB of Flash memory, 64MB RAM, Bluetooth 2.0, and an SDIO slot. It is expected to shell out around US$600 when it’s released.

Apple has released a 24 inch widescreen iMac which is powered by a 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo processor and an nVidia 7300GT. The iMac’s screen resolution has been upgraded to 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. Other specifications include 1GB of RAM, an 8x DL DVD burner and 4MB of L2 cache. This 24 inch iMac will cost around US$2,621.

LG has released a new DMB cell phone, the LG LG1700, which will be marketed only on Korea. Weighting 106 grams, it has a 1.3MP camera, and an MP3 player. Other features include an electronic dictionary and a text document viewer, IPN function (In-Plane switching), a text viewer, and Mbank. Its IPN (In-Plane switching) function allows you to receive SMS text messages while watching TV broadcasts for uninterrupted viewing. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.

Toshiba adds its DynaBook Satellite line with the AW6. This 6 pound notebook features a 1.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T5500 CPU, 1GB of DDR2 memory, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600 graphics, 120GB HDD, and a DVD Super-Multi drive. External interfaces include four USB 2.0 ports, a FireWire port, 4-in-1 memory card reader, and 802.11 a/b/g WLAN. Toshiba will launch the AW6 on September 5th with the price of US$1,717.
