The stylish slider is only 16.9mm thin and features 2.0 inch QVGA screen, Bluetooth, USB, 1.3MP digital camera, MP3 player, and SD-Card slot. This white slider measures small 98 mm x 48 mm x 16.9 mm and weights 100 grams. It will be available via CYON in Korea.

The Allure Brown Sony Ericsson K800i is going to be available exclusively in the Hong Kong and Taiwan region starting September. The Sony Ericsson K800i is the first handsets to carry the Cyber-shot brand. Its integrated 3.2MP digital camera comes with Autofocus, Xenon flash and BestPic feature. In addition, K800 is a dual-mode UMTS/GPRS phone. No word on pricing yet.

Sony Electronics launched their 50GB dual layer Blu-Ray disc in US this week. Each of the 50GB Blu-Ray is able store over four hours of High Definition quality video at a 24 Mbps transfer rate. The Sony 50GB dual layer Blu-Ray discs will be available for $48 each. The discs come with a special re-engineered AccuCORE technology that include a scratch guard, archival reliability to prevent data/image corruption and deterioration, stable writing that reduces fluctuation as the disc spins, and temperature durability to prevent warping during severe changes in temperature and humidity.
