Apple has released a 24 inch widescreen iMac which is powered by a 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo processor and an nVidia 7300GT. The iMac’s screen resolution has been upgraded to 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. Other specifications include 1GB of RAM, an 8x DL DVD burner and 4MB of L2 cache. This 24 inch iMac will cost around US$2,621.

LG has released a new DMB cell phone, the LG LG1700, which will be marketed only on Korea. Weighting 106 grams, it has a 1.3MP camera, and an MP3 player. Other features include an electronic dictionary and a text document viewer, IPN function (In-Plane switching), a text viewer, and Mbank. Its IPN (In-Plane switching) function allows you to receive SMS text messages while watching TV broadcasts for uninterrupted viewing. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced.
