Panasonic And NHK Develop New 145-inch Ultra HDTV

Panasonic and NHK have collaborated to develop the world’s first Ultra High Definition plasma display. This gigantic 145-inch display uses the Super Hi-Vision format and provides a 7680 x 4320 pixels resolution. Panasonic and NHK will introduce the new 145-inch Ultra HDTV at NHK’s Science & Technology Research labs in Tokyo. No word on pricing or availability so far. Watch the video after the jump.
