Panasonic hits back by announcing their newest compact system camera, the Lumix DMC-GX80. Designed for photographers and videographers, this interchangeable lens camera boasts a 16MP Live MOS sensor, a 2.76m-dot 0.7x electronic viewfinder, a 3.0-inch 1.04m-dot tilting touchscreen LCD monitor, an SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot, a micro-HDMI output port and built-in WiFi connectivity.

Other highlights include ISO 25600, 10fps Shooting with AF-S, DFD AF System, 5-Axis Image Stabilization, Dual I.S. and 4K Photo Modes. In terms of video recording, the Lumix DMC-GX80 can record UHD 4K video @ 30fps/24fps in MP4 format.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-GX80 will hit the market from May 9th in Black, Silver and Tan color options. [Product Page]
