You can now watch high-definition movies on the go with the Panasonic Viera DMP-BV100. This portable digital TV receiver comes with a built in Blu-ray player and has an 8.9-inch TFT screen with a 1024×600-pixel resolution. Its TV receiver also allows you to watch your favorite channels digitally. Other features include HDMI plug to connect it to a larger screen, and an Ethernet connection. Its battery provides enough juice for up to 2.5 hours of playback and only needs seven hours to fully recharge. Measuring 256mm × 202mm × 58.7mm and weighing at 1.7Kg, the player will be available in Japan on March 15th, 2009 for approximately ¥99,800 ($1100). [FarEastGizmos]
