We might see this Panasonic’s super thin speaker module inside our cell phone in the near future. At only 1.5 mm thickness, it is said to be the thinnest in the world. The thin size is a great help to bringing down the phone thickness and weight. Panasonic also claim to reduce the size without losing any sound quality. The product is planned to go live production in May 2007.
