Patriot Memory has expanded its Inferno SSD line-up by introducing the 60GB, 120GB and 240GB models. Just like their predecessors, these SSDs are also equipped with the latest SandForce SF-1200 controller, MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 285MB/s and 275MB/s, respectively.
