The Pentax Optio E40 is 8.1MP digicam that offers a 3x optical lens. It also features Face Recognition technology, so be careful who you dance with at the club; as well as Digital Shake Reduction to capture crisp pictures of bouncing body parts. All of these functions are made for high-resolution photography. The camera also comes with a 2.4-inch LCD monitor with approx. 110,000 pixels, travel-compatible AA battery power, and high quality AVI Movie capture (YouTube anyone?). The Pentax Optio E40 will be released in September 2007 for $149.95.
