Pioneer will release a navigation system in Europe branded as the NavGate 500 aka the AVIC-F500BT. The NavGate 500 features a 5.8″ WVGA 800 x 480 resolution display, Hands-free Bluetooth kit from Parrot, RDS/TMC module for traffic information, Voice commands, a 600MHz processor, and a SiRF Star III GPS chip. The NavGate 500 will ship with maps form TeleAtlas in 30 European countries in May and will retail for €699.
