Plastic Logic chief Richard Archuleta has recently announced that the highly anticipated QUE proReader has been delayed from mid-April 2010 to an unspecified point in the summer in order to “fine-tune features and enhance the overall product experience.” Plastic Logic will announce more details in the near future. There will be two version of the QUE proReader: a 4GB model that includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and an 8GB version that also has a AT&T 3G modem. The gadget uses a 10.7-inch shatterproof plastic display, which is larger than the Nook or the Kindle. The 4GB and 8GB models are priced at $649 and $799, respectively. [Engadget]
