Polaroid 60GB Freescape 4360 wifi PMP

Looks like Polaroid will be launching a Wi-Fi PMP called Freescape MPU-043315B. It features a 60GB hard drive, a rechargeable Li-ion good for 16 hours of audio playback ( 4 hours with video), a 4.3-inch 480 x 272 resolution LCD, an FM tuner, TV output and support for MPEG4, WMA, WMV, MP3 and JPEG formats. No word on the price or release dates, but considering that it doesn’t support more formats, there shouldn’t be a big deal with this one. [ShinyShiny]

Well, Although there are many PMP’s on the market and I have been after one for some time, It seems this Polaroid one beats all the others in one area. Price! This is on Amazon for £79! thats 60GB storage at a bargain price.

Of course I wouldn’t be sure of the build quality but I just bought one to see. I have had a few media players of sorts, the nano clones from China. I refuse to have an iPod as iTunes trashes your machine and mobile phones from china.

At least this should be of better quality than those, even though the others actually worked quite well. Mainly battery issues (they use crap batteries) batteries are the most expensive parts of these type of players after all.
