Polk Audio today introduced the HitMaster gaming speaker that is targeted toward gamers who are playing Rock Band and Guitar Hero video games. Measuring 14-inch x 9,5-inch x 8,25-inch and weighing at 13 lbs, the HitMaster features a single-point stereo design that includes two 2.5-inch x 5.5-inch horns with two 1-inch neodymium tweeters surrounding a 6.5-inch woofer to produce a wide soundfield. The Polk Audio HitMaster gaming speaker will be available early next year for approx. $100 each. [Press Release]
