Check out this new mobile internet device from a Shenzhen-based company Qing-Bang Electronics, the 3GNET MI13. Powered by a 1.1GHz Intel Atom Z510 processor, this pocket-friendly device boasts a 5-inch 800 x 480 display, a 512MB or 1GB RAM, a 16GB or 32GB SSD, a webcam, 3G, WiFi and comes with a 1850mAh battery. Measuring 175mm x 85mm x 27mm and weighing 455 grams, the 3GNET MI13 sells for 4,000 Yuan (about $590).
