If you are looking for the new professional recording system with a powerful microphone and can record directly to CD-R/RW discs or SD cards, then you might need the Roland CD-2e. Weighing at just 1.1Kgs, the recorder was designed for use in concerts and recording practice sessions. It is also compatible with up to 8GB SDHC cards. The Roland CD-2e measures 267mm ×183mm × 46mm and comes with a remote control. The device will go on sale in Japan from November 17th for $ 550.
