For example, you can have four xbox360's in various parts of the house streaming from your media center computer and they still won't remember where you left off for a video podcast. AppleTV on the other hand DOES remember and it doesn't require an entire computer to run the thing. What has slowed appletv down however is the need for HDTV but that's because they know that the experience on a regular tv is subpar because of the difficulty of reading text on a non-HD. EVER hit mainstream or have more than a "Very flip-floppy" market share until they realize that "mainstream" or majority of customer choose not to or simply cant afford their prices when the PC/Microslop world is so much more affordable and available by masses in alternative vendors and manf`s. Why the hell would i pay $70,000 for a Benz (car) if i can't afford it - when at the same time i can get the same feature on (SEVERAL) other respected brands for about 35,000. Ok, let Mac/Apple keep their current concept of marketing in flow.. N.P. But they may as well STOP the moron level of thinking they can sell in the mainstream market... -ever. ( That is to say, stop trying to sell a $70,000 benz to a person who won't see $70,000 in 3 or 4 years of work ) or sell the benz for NOT only what the can afford, but what they see as logical to even bother with. Apple also has to realize that they may as well stop bombarding the common market with "why apple is better" when every other computer manf' and software maker says the same things.. All the non-computer savvy people of this world see is some guy selling his version,, claiming the SAME thing everyone else does but wanting more $$$ for it.. Duh?
