Samsung has expanded its LED HDTV line-up with the all-new 8500 Series. Available in 46-inch and 55-inch sizes, these new HDTVs support a 1080p High Definition playback, 7,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 2ms response time, a 240Hz refresh rate and an Energy Star 3.0 savings mode. In addition, these HDTVs also come with several connectivity ports including 4 HDMI, component, 2 USB 2.0, Ethernet, optical audio and PC. The Samsung LED HDTV 8500 Series will start shipping in September for $3,599.99 (46-inch version) and $4,499.99 (55-inch version). [GadgetArena]
