The new Samsung BD-P2500 Blu-ray player will be released in October 2008. The player offers BD-Live support, HQV video processing, an audio support including 7.1 analog output and PCM or bitstream audio for Dolby Digital, Digital Plus, TrueHD or DTS soundtracks, and DTS-HD HR (after a firmware update).
