Samsung E428 Goes L’amour Style

The Samsung E428 will be officially available in Taiwan this month. The phone should be a low cost L’amour phone which has just a 0.3MP digicam, 65k colors screen and simple phone function. Girls might like the phone’s white casing design, although the E428 is pretty lonely without the Bluetooth, and IrDA connection. However, you can use GPRS to download ringtones and java games.
