Samsung has unveiled two new widescreen monitors in their SyncMaster series, the 22-inch 226CW and 24-inch 245BW. The SyncMaster 226CW has Wide Color Gamut (CCFL 97%) Color Innovation, 1680 x 1050 resolution, a fast 2ms response time, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio (dynamic contrast 3000:1), and 160/160 degrees viewing angle. The SyncMaster 245BW comes with 1920 x 1200 resolution, a quick 5ms response time, 400 cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 160/160 viewing angle, and optional speakers. The 226CW and 245BW retails for $380 and $600 respectively.
