This is Samsung’s first camcorder you can mount to your head. The SC-X300L has an attachable velcro headstrap which consequently makes you a dork. It is a little difficult to strap this on at just the right angle. The end of the review predicted that the camcorder had too many buttons. It is also kinda hard to deal with the fact that the video format makes filing a big hassle. The 720X480 resolution isn’t all that great and the lack of still shots makes it worse. The asking price is $450, so that’s another minus. All in all, this camcorder is just average or below. You may as well just settle for an ordinary camcorder.
