The Samsung SyncMaster 971P-R is a 19 inch LCD display that offers 1500:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, a 2 port USB hub, 1280 x 1024 SXGA resolution, and 178 degree viewing angles. Measuring 423 mm x 228 mm x 433 mm and weighing 13.2 pounds, it has a pivot/tilt mechanism that allows for portrait or landscape viewing modes at the push of a button. The SyncMaster 971P-R goes on sale in August 25th for around $599.
