Samsung displayed their Ultra Smart F520 phone at the 3GSM 2007. It features a 3.3-inch touch screen interface, enabling users to go from a QWERTY keyboard to a numeric keypad. Additional features include HSDPA connectivity and a full browsing capability like a PC monitor. No word on pricing or availability yet so far, but it shouldn’t be too long.
