SanDisk has announced its new series of Extreme Pro CompactFlash memory cards which are designed specially for professional photographers. Available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB sizes, these cards provide lightning-fast read and write speeds of up 90MB/s, doubling the performance from previous SanDisk high-end cards. In addition, they also feature the new SanDisk Power Core Controller and an advanced memory controller to support their performances. The SanDisk Extreme Pro CompactFlash memory cards are now available in the US market for prices ranging from $300 to $800. [Press Release]
