Sanyo has unveiled its new ultra-short throw projector ‘PLC-XL50 XGA’ in Korea. The PLC-XL50 is touted as having the world’s shortest throw distance. In point of fact, it can display an 80″ diagonal 4:3 image from a mere 3″ away from the screen. Other features include a 3LCD design with a brightness rating of 2000 lumens and XGA (1024×768) native resolution. The device comes in a compact size so it definitely suits in any presentation room, no matter how small. [AVING]
