The company has recently unveiled their new Xacti DMX-CA8 camcorder that provides 8MP CMOS sensor, 5x optical Zoom, face Chaser mode that does facial recognition even when underwater, compatible with JIS IPX5 and IPX8 Japanese standard, waterproof up to 1 hour underwater at 1.5m depth, and can record video files in MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 at 60fps in VGA.
