Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD

Seagate has rolled out a new HD media player, which is designed to be used with Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drives. Known as the Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD, the device can be connected to your HDTV via HDMI port. The HD media player provides full HD video at 1080p with DTS 2.0 + Digital Out, or Dolby Digital technology. The interface is easily navigated with the included remote control, and you can choose from video, photos or music with the up/down arrows on the remote to make your selection. The Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD is currently available for $150 without a hard drive, or bundled with a 500GB FreeAgent Go drive for $290. Meanwhile, the FreeAgent Theater+ Wireless Adapter is expected to be available in October 2009 for $70. [Press Release]
