this is a late reply however the problem with the monitor is because the manufacturer bends the power source to the monitor. after time the place where it's folded breaks - I had this happen to mind and just opened it up... the bitch is, I can't find a place that sells the part....

Dear Sir:

I just bought The Brain PW-AC890. However. recently the monitor shows nothing when I turn it on. The small monitor (under the keyboard) is on so I know that the power is on. But there is nothing on the main monitor. I also tried to reset it. But nothing worked.
I am in great trouble. So, please help!
