		<description>My student from Korea has a Sharp Electronic Dictionary Model RD-CX310 and he is getting a message saying &quot;Hard drive error&quot;  ~  What can we do? We have tried to charge the battery and we did push the reset button.  His parents are in Korea and he depends on his dictionary everyday in school.  We live in Oklahoma.  Is there anywhere close we can get this looked at or fixed!!  We need direction ASAP!!  thank you, cyndi j</description>
