Sharp Corporation has successfully developed the new LR0GC02 Solar Module for mobile devices that measures at only 0.8 mm thick. These solar cells are based on polycrystalline silicon and provide a maximum power of 300 mW. The Sharp LR0GC02 is now available for the global market, which means that we will see more solar-powered cell phones in the near future. [Sharp]
