
Shuttle, the manufacturer for small-form factor PC is set to release an even tinier and greener desktop called the X27. X27 mini-desktop is equipped with Intel’s Atom processor, Intel GMA 950 VGA and use as little as 23 watts in idle mode, and 36 watts while in use. It also runs very smooth it barely makes sound, of no more than 23 decibels. It comes in dimension of approximately 10 inches long, 7 inches wide, and 2.75 inches tall. Currently price is TBD, but X27 will hit retail sometime mid-september. [SmartPlanet]
