Designed by Cheng-Tsung Feng, Yao-Chieh Lin and Bo-Jin Wang, the Solar Traffic Light concept comes with the Discolor LED (Light Emitting Diode) technology that can display all three colors of the traffic lights within a single unit. Wouldn’t work too well for color blind persons. The position of the lights is what lets them know what color the light is.
