
Sony have officially announced their new BRAVIA HDTVs, the ZX5 series, complete with high-end features including a 240Hz “Flow Motion”, an integrated wireless streaming and an edge-mounted LED backlighting. Measuring at just 16.6mm (52-inch) or 15.8mm (46-inch) thick, the BRAVIA ZX5 also has four HDMI ports, a USB, both ethernet and a telephone port (for the integrated modem), an optical digital out, PC and S-Video, and two 10W speakers. The ZX5 range will initially be available in 46- and 52-inch sizes, both supporting 1080p. The Sony BRAVIA ZX5 will be released in Japan in November 2009. [Slashgear]
