Don’t have one of the newest models but with the older model I had you would have to install Sony’s Software know as SonicStage, they would could burn your CDs to you computers HD via SonicStage then transfer the music files to the device via USB transfer cable that came with your device.

guys just use windows media player…and SYNC.it….THATS ALL….and im using windows vista……

I used Windows Media Player to sync it, and the files are on the stick now, but they won’t play when I turn the thing on–only the sample music would.

you can’t use sync for sony nw-e series., it requires a sonicstage software.
I bought a NW-025F in japan too. Well my mother did and Before I installed the software somehow. Well my mother did and we restarted our computer so Ive lost the software I got the english ver software. go to this website…………
