Supa has dropped not only a phone but a gps system all-in-one. The Supa GT1000 gos tracking phone comes with quad-band GSM / GPRS, a SiRFstarIII chipset, storage for up to 1440 way points, Geo Fence with alarms sent via SMS ,a dedicated SOS button, and upgradable storage via T-Flash. No word on pricing or even release dates just yet.
