
Super Talent will launch a new RAIDDrive SSD series in October 2009. Measuring 258mm x 112mm x 25 mm, the RAIDDrive uses PCIe Gen. 2.0 x8 interface allowing the drive to provide sequential read speeds of up to 1.4GB/sec and sequential write speeds of up to 1.2GB/sec. Available in three models, the ES model is aimed at enterprise users, while the WS version is aimed at workstation users, and the GS version is aimed at gamers.
