SZ Telstar will be launching a new Mp4 PMP called the 963FR. It features a power button like the Motorola ROKR E8, a 2.4-inch LCD, FM tuner, eight equalizer presets, built-in games, a text viewer and support for MP3, MPEG4 and XviD file formats. No word on pricing or availability, but I’m pretty sure it’s better off that way. [PMP Today]
